Description:
A feed acidifying additive for the control of gram negative bacteria including Salmonella spp.and E.coli
Composition:
BIOTRONIC® SE forte is a powerful combination of synergistically acting organic acids and salts.
Indications:
BIOTRONIC® SE forte is indicated for the control of gram-negative bacteria including E.coli and Salmonella in poultry in order to promote animal growth.
CHARACTERISTICS:
Apart form its pH decreasing action the selected acids penetrate the cell wall of gram negative bacteria. Once inside the cell, the acids dissociate. The hydrogen ion reduces the plasma pH and the anion disrupts DNA synthesis. This dual mode of action inhibits bacterial proliferation.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
BIOTRONIC® SE forte is incorporated into the feed during compounding. Dosage: 3 to 5 kg BIOTRONIC® SE forte/ ton of feed. Juvenile animals should receiver 4 to 5 kg and adult animals 3 to 4 kg per toon of feed according to the intensity of bacterial contamination.
PRESENTATION:
Multi-layer paper bags with inner impermeable lining at 25 kg net weight.
